Hi! I would love to see you make red or black icing. I have to use so much food coloring to have a nice shade of red.

Love your videos! The video shows 3 TBSP of Meringue powder but your instructions say 5 TBSP. I just want to be sure which one to go with.

About how long do you beat your icing to get to that stiffness?

I only mix about 2 minutes, the more air you add the more chance for the icing to get craters
