Hucklberries are the best! They taste nothing like blueberries but make for a good substitue. While hucklberries can be semi sweet they are a tart berry. Blueberries are much sweeter in taste. The health benefits are amazing! I loved watching this video. They really are worth a try for those who have never had them. :D

i make no bake cheesecakes and i dont use gelatin, its not needed. Mine almost come out firm-ish mousy creamy light fluffy and wonderful.

yea maybe for more solidity. I prefer it without the gelatin though so its not needed unless you're putting stuff inside, i put fruit topping on top and its just fine without it.

Huckleberries are a bit smaller but taste very similar to blueberries (as they are cousins). They have a more intense / strong flavour... sweeter/more tart (depending on the bush it came from).. they are also a bit crunchier, because they have harder seeds.
