It was interesting to see the fish getting fried because I have had the steamed version of it once in South India (I am sure the marination here is completely different from that ) and I didn't know that they fry it as well, I wish I could see the visuals of the final product but that's okay ☺️ 🌹

Its funny how while serving the servers r all deck up with uniforms, mask, gloves presenting a very hygienic environment. But behind the scene those cooks were not wearing gloves headcaps to avoid hair falling into the food etc. no basic hygiene ws maintain. The cooks and the helpers also needs to practice basic hygiene habit when catering for big numbers
