That plate would cost $40-50 at a sit in restaurant. He takes a lot of time for prep work and cooks it in front of them so you know it's clean, good quality food. He shows no arrogance in his demeanor and polite as well. This young guy is a blessing and is gonna go places.

When i was homeless in Las Vegas, every week there was a group of people who would bring not-so-hot food and feed the community. Yes, it was food, but most of it nobody really wanted to eat. always weird stuff... Its hard to trust weird food when its not cooked in front of you. To be able to SEE it cooked while you wait is awesome! You are amazing for spending the whole day (possibly 2 days) to do this for them. You're a God send...

One time my mom brought a hot home cooked meal on christmas to a homeless man that was begging for food and he said he didnt want it. Then my mom gave it to the homeless person across the street that luckily did appreciate it. Be happy people still care for you!
