Hi, I'm Mr. Taster, currently in Najaf, Iraq. Tomorrow, I'll be reporting from the kitchen of Imam Ali's Shrine, where they prepare 20,000 votive meals daily on Arbaeen. Tonight, I'm set to savor the renowned Iraqi Mandi at Kentucky Home & Mandy. Stay tuned.
First I started at the Kentucky Home & Mandy Maraheb restaurant in Najaf which serves an extraordinary and delicious dish called Iraqi Mandi, featuring tender lamb with rice and a special chicken sauce. The dish is flavorful and juicy, with a unique taste that makes it one of the tastiest foods ever. Along with other tasty dishes, this restaurant promises to surprise and satisfy its customers with its high-quality cuisine.
Next of I went to Imam Ali Shrine in Najaf on Arbaeen, which offers a unique and sacred atmosphere for visitors. The shrine is adorned with intricate designs and mirror work that adds to the beauty of the golden dome. Visitors can also enjoy the tradition of sweet watermelon slices and delicious food cooked hygienically and served with a special spiritual atmosphere in the shrine's well-equipped kitchen.
‏Additionally, the kitchen can cook more than 20,000 meals daily, including chicken koobideh kebabs and fava bean rice with chicken, all of which are distributed among pilgrims and servants. The fava bean rice dishes are particularly notable for their incredible taste, and the servants working in the kitchen exude a positive energy and good vibe. Overall, a visit to the Imam Ali Shrine in Najaf is an unforgettable experience that inspires awe and reverence.
