Danielle, baby girl. You get a standing ovation and a real big black choir singing just to celebrate you. Dang, honey you did the hell out of that Turkey. This year will be my First time cooking a Turkey. I always order Greenberg Turkey, but they burned down this year before I could order it. My Mom died 3 years ago and she always loved cooking our Thanksgiving & Christmas dinner. We did not have to do nothing but show up. My First year turned out great, cooking at my daughters house in Houston, 2nd year was good. This year my heart was not in it until I saw your vid. So I went bought an 12 lb Turkey since it’s just my daughter and grandson and a few of her friends. Lately I have been busy watching KZbin for all my recipes and have thoroughly loved cooking lately. I am so Uber proud of you, you cooked that dang dinner like a sho nuff Culinary Artist. I’m truly impressed. I really stood up and gave you proper respect baby. You made that look amazingly easy as heck. You go girl. I’m going to do mine like yours this year. Thank you so much for giving me a lift about the Holiday and The Food. I’m subscribing and clicking notification button. Keep up the good work. You look like a very young baby to be so wise in your cooking efforts. Block out the hateful naysayers and keep doing you. That is a super old Paula Deen knife from Walmart but I feel like you can get nice knives pretty much anywhere these days.

Tip, take the back of a porcelain plate that you don’t care to mess up and run your knife over the rim of the bottom of the plate and it will sharpen it if you don’t have a knife sharpener! :)

• Breaking down the turkey was brilliant, and surely more flavorful. • I've never seen white sugar used in candied yams. Try cooking the butter and brown sugar in a pot, along with a little pineapple juice, to make your syrup. Then pour the syrup over parboiled potatoes that are barely soft. Add your spices and bake until it all caramelizes. • Try baking your pie shells until lightly toasted before adding your filling. Good job!

I like to slow cook the turkey all night. You can even go to sleep. It falls off the bone ❤️
@DanielleLaShawn4 жыл бұрын
I've never tried doing that. Thanks for the tip!
@burntchickennuggetp77464 жыл бұрын
I actually do the same thing! It’s makes the turkey incredibly juicy and tender and it’s enough hours to fully cook it no matter how big. I hope y’all have a Happy Thanksgiving and a very Merry Christmas! 🦃🍽🎄💕
