I remember when in another video you complained that Thai restaurants in the US were too westernized because they never had chopsticks, not realizing of course that Thai people don't use chopsticks lmao

the one use chopstick are mostly pure noodle stall and Chinese restaurant you can expected chopstick in Thai-Chinese family as well but we also use fork in every Thai dish and sometime noodle

Actually, Thai people do use chopsticks but NOT with rice meal. Most of the time, they use it for noodle or ramen.

Saro M For Thai people in general: Rice dish - always spoon and fork, definitely no chopsticks. Sticky rice - usually bare hands, but spoon and fork is also common. Fried noodle - usually spoon and fork, sometimes chopsticks. noodle soup - usually chopsticks, but spoon and fork is also fine.

You should try to go cooking at Baipai Thai Cooking School, they have 4 hrs classes and menu to choose also they will pick you at the hotel...Great school and experience

That's the same restaurant that Mark Wiens went to, correct?? I recognize that Crab Curry!!! My dream is to eat that! (And also real Thai chicken biryani) Also...did you know Bangkok/Thailand has the 2nd most deadliest roads on earth?? (Google it). 1st is Namibia or some other African place, and 3rd is Iran..iirc. Also, it's common that Taxi drivers actually mug you in Bkk (I saw this on NHK recently). I would stick with the trains/trams or Uber.

Usually your content is much more detailed with a follow through; maybe more on your pad thai cooking; more on your street food breakfast; more on what dishes you ate at the 4:30 restaurant. don't worry, stray cats and dogs like to sleep in front on 7-11s here in Thailand becos air conditioning pours out when all the customers go in... also they're usually well fed by the locals and street vendors :)
