pure organic and traditional !! We the hill people of darjeeling, kalimpong and sikkim specially village or busty area , used to eat hornet larvas, cooking process is bit different. Four king chillies on cooking and one extra !!!!! Wow !!!

As far as i know hornets bees act as natural bio-controllers. They benefit beekeepers by feeding on insects that are harmful to honeybee hives and also play an important role in the pollination of certain plants like oak and chayote (Sechium edule spp). It is good that people take these big giant hornets as diet and keep its population on check. The immediate menace of them existing in large number can be highly detrimental to honey bee (giant hornet bee also feed on them as food) that comes with huge medicinal properties from its honey.
