Hey Sally, I have the same air fryer. If you have quartz or granite, you have to look at getting a heat resistant mat or just put a wood underneath ( I bought a dollar store wooden cutting board). The heat can and will crack your counter top ( I know a lot of ppl that it’s happen to). The fan blows out a lot of hot air from the back and bottom. Also make sure you have 6 inches clearance in back when you’re using it ( it’s in the instructions!) I saw you only have a towel underneath and wanted to share with you.
