Love your cooking vlogs Chrissy😃 Here in the U.S. we rinse the rice to extract the starch from the rice to keep it from sticking together, and being half Mexican my family will sometimes toast the rice when making Mexican rice. the theory here for cooking rice is: 1 part Rice to 2 parts water (2 cups of rice to 4 cups of water) so basically doubling the amount of water to however much rice your making, bring the water to a boil, add the rice stirring until water returns to a boil, cover with lid and reduce heat to lowest setting and let steam for 20 minutes(never taking the lid off) take off the heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Omg!!! I hope the gorgeous Hanna gets over being the shy type and makes a special guest appearance on your live stream. WE ALL MISS YOUR BEAUTIFUL SMILE HANNA 🌸🌸🌸🌸

Is that your sister Hanna, covering her face, Chrissy? Does she realize this is her sister's video? She's running our looking for foreigners, wearing rather sexy clothing without shame , know how to put on makeup all the time and how to make money from foreigners (someone sending her money mentioned in one of your video) but cover her face on her own sister's video? What's wrong with her? Don't want to say but so annoying probably to everyone else also. Why she had to do that? She's not bad looking and I know she NOT a shy girl. I really LOVE your cousin. He's is super cute, fun and very helpful. LOVE video with your cousin in it. Thank you for sharing your video. Dale is super cute! He looks more and more like Tim every day. Thank you for sharing your beautiful family, and your beautiful smile. Tell Hanna she's pretty and no need to cover her face then ran off.

The rice gets washed with water in order to remove the excess starch, which makes the rice gluey and sticky. It also helps to remove any pebbles that you may come across.
