Cooking aubergine longi in a wooden hut/everyday in the village

Hello friends, today in the village mother and daughter were cooking and they cooked a local dish called longi. The necessary ingredients for this dish are eggplant, walnuts, onions and spices. To cook this dish, first boil the eggplant and let it cool down, then chop the walnuts and prepare the longi with grated onion and put it inside the eggplant.
