in a wierd way, the people she is feeding will protect and take care of Jenny and make sure nothing happens to her because without her, they know they won't have meals to eat. Thats why she can feel safe around them.

There is mutual respect felt it seems, of people knowing Jenny is there to help and tense shoulders drop in presence of some good food and support. Danger is always a factor, in anything, but the purity in spirit this channel puts out is so much stronger

At 36:56, that guy was telling Jenny "no chairs" and she replied that if she bought a big car then she would bring chairs😂 What did he think this is.... a cafe or restaurant giving out free foods and drinks? In fact, a few of these people were passers-by who just came over for her foods. Jenny is very kind and generous so she'll provide for whoever approached her.
