Food on point..Cascadoo infused with fresh pigeon peas cooked on slow fire not adding too much water.. combined with dhal fry red snapper and a nice salad.. What more can you ask for..Kavita yuh is ah boss. The three of you together is a nice vibe always

Very well done everyone. So Mohan went fishing in his sleep!!! Nice haul. Wonder how he would have done if he really went fishing. I'll pass on the cascadoo. Never liked the look of it. I'll have what Anup had. Kavita, it's so refreshing to see how simple it is when you cook, whereas other people do so much and make it complicated. Nice change from last night's BBQ. Excellent cooking, Miss 😂. I remembered my mother, who died 32 years ago, used to make cascadoo but preparing a curry stuffing of curry, saffron, onions, green seasoning, tomatoes, and it must have tamarind. She will stuff to brim and slightly fry them and set aside. Then she would chounkay the curry, and any remainder of the stuffing and mango pieces. After the sauce cooks she would add the cascadoo which was slightly fried with flour. This flour also thickened the sauce. That's mama's recipe, girl.
