Sa bayan namin itong Torres Resort Farm na located ito sa dating Barrio Sabang sa Naic, Cavite na ngayon ay ibang iba na ang ayos. Dati akong high school teacher dito sa Western Colleges nung 1965 at na assigned naman sa Indang,Cavite na another branch ng school ng Naic. Ang dating sleepy town na farming and fishing ang main industry ay ngayon ay parang city na sa dami ng pagbabago. Last time umuwi ako sa Naic ay 2013 pa at para akong dayuhan dahil sa laki ng pagbabago, The Torres family is one of the well known and well to do people in Naic and building that Farm Resort makes my hometown a tourist spot in the country.

I'd prefer the natural sinigang way without the artificial flavoring but having said that, the natural method would take hours to prepare lol...just for info you may want to do the long process tho to try so you can compare :)
