16.5 kg of Assorted Chop Chicken
Cooking Oil
1/2 kilo of Garlic
1 1/2 kilo of Onion
10 pieces of Bay leaf
2 1/2 kilo of Bell pepper
Black pepper powder
Salt
500 ml of Soy sauce
Hoisin Sauce
2 whole fresh Pineapple
Banana (Cardava)
