Great question the answer would be 200. Because the last number is greater than 5, it increases the middle number (9) by one and because the middle number is a nine that automatically means you need to change the one to a 2. Answer would be 200

😅You are not dumb great question! Think of it this way you are making 5 batches. So to ensure that you finish all 5 batches in time what time must you start making the first batch? Does that help? The answer is correct it is 13:35, that's the time you must start making the first batch. I hope that helps.

Mam can u help me with this question 3.1.3 Cos i am confused i got : C(F-32)÷18 =(330-32)÷18 =16.56 C =17 C

The answer is 165.56 degrees Celsius or 170 degrees Celsius rounded off to the nearest 10 degrees. It can never be 17 degrees Celsius so you need to check how you are punching in the values in your calculator you have made a mistake on your side. Also can you bake brownies at 17 degrees Celsius? That's already letting you know that something is wrong.
