My wife gave me Stig's book a couple of years ago for Christmas -- I LOVE the æbleskiver recipe! It's far easier than my grandmother's recipe, and 95% as flavorful. Beautiful book, and really good recipes. Thanks for the video and the pronunciation lesson!
