He did ALL the preparations and cooking. He’s definitely a keeper. A few years ago under went brain surgery and my husband had to take over the cooking tasks. He cut off his thumb trying to chop onions.😂😂 lucky for him, it was able to be saved and sewn back on. If I ever get that sick again, please send your boyfriend to my house.😂😂😂

I am from the United States born and raised. I love watching and learning. I feel like the way you all cook and eat is more healthier and more healthy because it is grown naturally and you all don't have to worry about pesticides and stuff being sprayed on your food that you're eating even though you're eating rice season bananas we go through a lot of things in the United States as far as diabetes and different things. My mother and grandmother was from.the south they framed there foods and eaten what ever they wanted to and did not have the problems we are having because of what we are eating. I am happy for you all. The way you are cooking and eating healthy for u all.

By the way, that is somewhat how we cook that in the Caribbean ... with coconut milk. We call that dasheen leaf calalloo. I prefer adding the meat or fish to the calalloo when it is cooking. Coming from Jamaica I think out door cooking is the best, the food has a natural taste to it, even those we have indoor kitchen but certain foods they like to cook outside like fish and breadfruit, and some soup especially when they are having a big yard party.... Dee the leaves that you all are cooking in my country 🇹🇹 in the Caribbeans it is called dashine bush the root vegetables that I grown under the the the ground is called dashine an it is like a big yam some of the color look like a blue in colour I know it's growing in Africa also .
