Ox tails is one of my favorite, when i cook ox tails i use my slow cooker and boi do they come put tender and i keep the fat on my ox tails soooo good i do a brown gravy and a red gravy.yummy😮😅😅😅

Just a tip to make seasoning them easier.. I put my seasonings in a small bowl, my meats in a large bowl, and just mix everything around instead of individually turning them to season all sides.
