Dipping the salty or semi sweet biscuit in the black tea / milk tea ( karak tea ) that's what some Arab people do sometimes with the same melting test as well 😅, Beryani oh 😋 my especial chicken ones , Arab & some Middle Eastern learnt from Indians then they modified to be less spicy and almost (bland) to be like moderate or mild intense spice, some others they prefer the Hyderabad or other Indian original way 😁 I personally like it almost bland as I can't endure the hell of a high spicy 🔥 😂 , other family members like it the Indian way.

Dum style was used only to those big pots where the air could leak, it has got nothing to do with taste. Those glass lids utensils are generally good air tights if not then you can use it. JUst saying.

Biriyani Masala hope you have used….you need to use ghee on top before dum…also rose water, Saffron mixed in milk and spread over the final layer.

Kishan to be honest you needed a bigger vessel for the rice as you have to strain the rice and throw the water not dry the water. The vessel for the dum too has to be bigger. The rice has to be grainy . I know you both tried out a lot of stuff. I know you guys are foodies I am on Instagram you will see I make a lot of stuff. Nice big kitchen with a lot of stuff. There are some hidden secrets and tips when you make Biryani. At least you make it.

Bro biryani is a 20% Persian and 80% Indian dish not middle eastern as in Iran (persia) it was to be fried and then mughals made changes in it and named biryani. As its main constituents are rice, ghee, and spices which are produced in india. So it is a indian dish
