Hi Disha, i am from london, i am a bangladeshi from a city called sylhet and i almost can understand your language because its so similar to my dialect and Assamese food is similar to my bengali food. Boojolokia is well known in bangladesh aswell we call it naga morris. We call mustard leaves lai pata aswell. Love your videos. Please can you tell us how you became a vegan

It's b'coz India is too big.. We don't add sugar in everything even in Dal like those gujratis neither we use gunpowder 😅 or 1000 spices like the southerners nor we eat.. We also don't bathe in alcohol in a regular basis like those coastal Indians(aka Goans,puducherry etc.)

We have dishes where we use dal , veggies, salt and turmeric as spice. Honestly every 100-500 kms food culture is diversified in India. Let’s not put anyone down to rise our culture. You may not know really our food culture just like we don’t know yours.
