Completing level 40 of Gourmet Restaurant with 3 stars (all orders memorized). Although I have the automatic tuna cooker, I opted not to use it so I could serve the first 4 customers faster. I used to struggle a lot with this level, but I found patterns in the orders which made things much simpler. Thank you to @GabryLiuk for the suggestion.
