Unless he adds another to paradise island or alpine resort. I don't think city will get an extra slot after the final restaurant because it would be too crowded and have too many restaurants

Login everyday to get 2 gems. Play restaurant with high xp until you reach at least 2 level up to get 14 gems. And play the casino every 12hours to get 15 gems/slot, u'll get 30gems. I used to play the casino only once a day, but a lot of people suggests that we can get gems twice a day n it works! Dont invest so much gems in restaurant the give u low xp, u can save your gems to the next restaurant. In total u'll get 46gems everyday if u follow this tips
