Come along with me today as I cook for one, just me! I keep my meals pretty simple, especially when cooking for one. You're important enough to cook delicious food for yourself, just like you do for others! Today we're going to be using up some leftover beef roast.

@KathyTemple-u4s Sometimes I cook enough for 2 meals, but there are some things I just don't like leftover. Sometimes I also cook specifically to put some away in the freezer for easy dinners later. I definitely don't like food waste either. I'm always looking for ways to use it ALL up! Thank you for watching🙂
