Im a Senior Chef sa isang 7 start hotel restaurant, when i was in Gulf before bago ako lumipat ng Germany. i remembered something na similar dito sa scene na eto. Swerte mo sa wife mo na very appreciative. I realized that is not about how you master cooking or knows how the principle of cooking but how the people sorrounded you appreciate how you cook and serve to them especially sa most lovely family mo. I was at your restaurant Kooya this year during my birthday with hubby. Camille and you were there and said hello to the people at the next table but completely ignored us. I find it rude - we are also paying customers not sure why you didn’t come to our table and ask us how food and experience was at your restaurant. As owners of the restaurant, this should be a given.
