"Rice water" is really good for you, especially if you have an upset stomach. It works well on babies as well when they have colic. This looks good, very plain, but good. I'll have to try it.

i wash my rice too, its amazing what can be hiding in there! my family drinks the water from potatoes and other root veggies that have been boiled. very good for when times are lean, to get those nutrients!

I wash it too. It is stored in big warehouses after all. The same with beans. Machines pick through things today and are very efficient at removing particles, but arent foolproof. I remember years ago there was always "things" in rice and beans so it was not optional. You'd be surprised how many don't wash their rice/beans. A lady at work made black beans for a party and there was a small stone in there that she cooked with the beans. Someone broke a tooth (me). She didn't know you had to WASH these things....and rice water is very good for digestion. My grandma always gave us that when we had upset stomachs.

Coconut,lemon,tomato Tamarind, Rices Chicken fried,egg (mugalaai)fried.shichuvaan fried.(too spicy Chinese city named) Mixed meat (3 kinds) (Mutton,chicken,prawn Fried rice,Eel fish finger (vilaang meen) Fried rice..&some more..expecting ur Specials. Can strain the rice water and use in cooking breads, potatoes, soups etc. waste to dump on the ground. The carrot tops can be washed a chopped very fine and added to soups as well.
