@Shawnjames21 Good morning Shawn, The sauce is teriyaki. You can buy a good quality brand at the Aldi store . But I used soy sauce , fresh ginger , garlic ,water , sugar, and corn starch slurry to thicken .sesame seeds to garnish fishished products.
