Cooking Full Tilt: Annapolis Part 2

Captain Rick with First Mate Carly and crew, display the Elf at the National Sailing Hall Of Fame in Annapolis Maryland. They are greeted by Esther Mill, the host of Talk 2 Me, a Princeton Television Network program that is shooting in the area.
Before setting sail, Carly shows Esther and the crew some simple exercises to make the sailing experience safe. Captain Rick works his quick meal magic to the delight of the crew with a new dish, Scallop Mountain.
