Hi sis! Love your videos and food always looks 🤩. The cornmeal you used is also very popular in the caribbean, and called various names according to the island. The turned cornmeal/yellow corn is Barbados' national dish. It's called Cuckoo, and is typically eaten with flying fish.❤

Maybe (my suggestion ) you might want to fry those small dried fish with chillies and anion in vegetable oil. Try it.. add some salt and sugar for better test.. in my hometown we call it “ sambal” 😅

You will see things as you have said, reminds me of what a Ghanian said to me while living in Tokyo, as I suggested living with her and her mom. That must be a common saying in Ghana. She was the first person that I met that had Diamonds in her teeth. Needless to say, they didn't allow me to live with them, that I wouldn't see things.
