Does it take money to free a dog that’s tied up on a short leash with no shelter from the elements? How about not taking in a pet that they can’t care for. It’s animal cruelty. Adhiraj obviously doesn’t care that poor dog barks and cries for attention, for food, water and to be set free. Some people are worse than animals. 🤦‍♀️
