Great video and love you including your mum in the videos! And seems like a great idea with the already prepackaged meals with vegan options for busy people - just have one concern when it comes to "Purple carrot" though... It seems like a lot of PLASTIC packaging which is so bad for the environment... Most of us who eat vegan also do so to spare the environment and it just seems contradictory to me, when you're using a brand with so much plastic packaging... No hard feelings, just a thought while watching this...

I absolutely agree! When I use it on my own (not for a video) I only use it when I truly have a busy week and cannot make ends meet with grocery shopping and cooking (i.e. overnight shifts/on call schedule). I recycle everything they ship but I definitely think making it more eco-friendly would be better for longterm use!

It would be so much better if they made it more eco-friendly and created awareness towards "GREEN" changes... So that more people with busy lives could hop onboard...
