Well, I couldn't make out the first two libraries but the third one was the Century Library in Phoenix Arizona which is part of the Phoenix public library system. Since that guard was alerted prior to Fred's arrival, I assume the the first two were other branches of the same library. Therefore they ARE taxpayer funded public libraries. The the fourth one was also a branch of the same library. The librarian in that one is a bit of a troublemaker and was actually in the news two years ago. The last library was the Palmetto Branch of the Manatee Country library in Florida. Again, this is a taxpayer funded public library. So in the case of the first one where they simply walked and were just filming, yes, Fred would have a case. Because the Supreme Court has ruled on this issue. However, with the others, he WAS causing a public disturbance and filming or no filming, they DID have the right to kick him out because of that and also request the police summons him for creating that disturbance. But as for being trespassed for it, that depends on the state. For instance, in MY state, you cannot be trespassed from public property. However, in Florida which was where the last library was, you CAN be trespassed and the Florida Legislature leaves it up to the local governments to issue such bans.
