Chocolate Lava Cake Ingredients:
50 g Dark chocolate (60-80% cocoa)
50 g Milk chocolate
60 g Unsalted butter
2 Eggs
35 g Sugar
5 g Vanilla sugar
40 g All-purpose flour
1 Pinch of salt
½ tsp Cocoa powder for sprinkling
Ice Cream Ingredients:
400 ml Heavy Cream (35% m.f.)
200 g Condensed milk
* You can only use 100g of dark chocolate if you don't like too sweet desserts.
** Cooking time may vary depending on your oven. I used top and bottom heating with a fan.
*** If you are using ceramic molds, brush the surface with butter and sprinkle with cocoa powder to keep the cake from sticking.
