Her mom takes care of the baby all day and she has many helpers like dharam dada and many maids who take care of cooking cleaning etc.. They have no other source of income so they have to do things like this to make videos and make money...

Even through this video she's shading her sister in law who mentioned in her vlog about making dal baati and she knows that she cannot make it or anything for that matter and she's cooking it here that too with her husband and showing that she does a better job than her.
