We all woke up to a beautiful morning of Kollengode with the sound of birds chirping, cool breeze making the leaves sway and a kitchen that would soon fill up with the aroma of Mathi. I can’t wait to taste it and you’ll get to see how Mathi is made in authentic kerala style. In this vlog, my dear friends - Anand & Sameera also make a comeback.

Uday ji, Ashish ji ko daantiye mat na😅😅!! I am from tellichery, and we call this patram "Mannu-chatti"...'mannu' means soil. Mostly 'meen' is cooked in this, so ppl more often address it as meen chatti.
