Cooking tandoori kebab dice with lettuce salad in a cloudy autumn weather

Tas Kebab is one of our traditional dishes that is cooked in different ways and with different ingredients
Tandoori grilled dice with lettuce salad is a hearty dish and salad that is very easy to prepare and also has a very unique cooking method.
For the ingredients inside, you can use different herbs that we grow in our gardens;
Today, we will cook this dish in the oven with a different cooking method and secure the lid of the container with dough for better cooking.

How to prepare:
We fry the meat a little in Dembe oil and put it in a clay dish
Then add pumpkin, eggplant, potatoes and onions to it, after adding spices and some water, close the lid tightly with dough and put it in the oven until it cooks well.
