I've won against all clives I've faced so far (Bushin rank), I don't really know why people say he's broken. I just haven't seen anyone do something outrageous.

Because most people are terrible with him, that's why. It's like the kunimistu and akuma situation. Both top 3 characters, but you have to actually be good with the character to show that off. Wait a good week, and you'll start seeing clives with skill. I ranked up 3 of my fujins to tekken king today, and fought maybe two clives, who knew how to use him. I couldn't win, regardless of what I did. He has too many mids, too many safe moves, too many unsafe moves that look safe, too much range, too much tracking on linear looking moves, impeccable recovery, great damage, top 5 best movement overall in the game, arguably #1 in movement. Best power crush in the game, best parry in the game, easiest execution in the game, and has everything for every situation and playstyle. When actual clive players realize he can do everything, he'll definitely take over, in terms of winning. But only in high ranks though.
