Ankita was wondering why we don’t have those size of pots lol … the biggest pot I have is the smallest one lol , but then again it’s only two of us . That was a marathon. Kudos to you all. First time seeing the cooking process of quite a few dishes. I can’t even remember if I put salt in one pot far less for so many at the same time. Question: Is it that you have to make every dish that your ancestors liked or is it that you cook any kind of prayers food? Another question: can I use the same method you use for the parsad if I want to make flour parsad that is parched very brown with an end result of dry parsad to the point of choking lol (this is the kind I like. I know it’s weird but it tastes so good). I didn’t get to see much of my lil pumpkin though. I usually love the close up views of him 🤗❤❤. Give him a big squishy hug and kiss for me.
