I was surprising Ezenwa yesterday with a special treat: Ukwa porridge! My first attempt of cooking it. And even though I did not follow the traditional recipe and added some special Swiss ingredients, I think Ezenwa was quite impressed. Looks like I can stay for some more years 🤣❤️

We are currently experiencing a serious heat wave in Switzerland and it felt like 40 Degrees inside that kitchen when I was cooking. I was sweating like crazy and my hair got totally messed up. But sometimes you have to sacrifice looking fresh for a good plate of food, especially if you want to spoil your lovely husband 🤣
