I do the same thing with my dill. I do freeze mine. I use it in not only rice dishes, but in fresh pickled cucumber salad, and steamed carrots, and certain soups. In fact, a lot of my vegetables, cilantro and parsley, also freezer ready.

Your recipes are more and more delicious with each video! 😍 I love the creativity of different rice dishes in Iran and how there’s so much herbs. The potato addition was a wonderful and surprising addition. I have seen different Iranian rice dishes where potato slices are layered at the bottom of rice but adding pieces in the rice is a great idea! I loved seeing your way of doing ginger cookies. It’s such a soft and delicate dough. I’ve had different Iranian style cookies and they’re always so tender and moist. C'est génial que tu aies trouvé l'idée du chapeau en tissu pour les couvercles intéressante ! C'est vraiment pratique pour garder les plats frais et les bocaux bien couverts. Les cookies au gingembre sont vraiment délicieux, n'est-ce pas ? Je suis contente que mes recettes puissent apporter un peu de joie, même par temps de pluie.
