When I cook my 7 colours, I do it any random day or even twice a week. Growing up in a Christian home it was Sundays only. I decided to break that law when I became Muslim. I include Fridays and any other week day my family and I are craving vegan or chakra colours, this meal will exclude meat of any kind. And every vegetable will be cooked in a different way and beautifully plated. And during the process of cooking, I use all 4 plates on the stove. I do pray to own a 6 plate range one day. Inshallah. ❤
