Cooking white fish for Iranian Charshanbasori celebration!

Cooking white fish lungi on the last Wednesday night of the year, which is Charshanbe Suri celebration, is one of the ancient traditions of Iranians!
In this festival, which is also known as the fire Wednesday, Iranians set up big and small fires in their yards and jump over them. This ancient culture is used to celebrate the beginning of spring and the revival of nature. Among the rituals of the Suri Wednesday celebration are the greening of wheat as a symbol of blessing, the coloring of eggs as a symbol of fertility, and the lighting of fire to overcome light over darkness.
