I like that your mom pressure coooks her dhal and rice. I do that as well. Also I was really scared at one point of pressure cookers but I also put it under the water to release the steam. It really saves time and gas

Vedesh...your knives need sharpening😁. The goat belly cuts up easier when you scald it first. It could slip easily and you get cut. I love goat belly and liver but not the other organs..and in my old age i NEVER knew people use the windpipe.

Hi but I does take out the coating out from the liver wen cleaning yeah that white tube thing that's the winpipe I dnt put that after the stripe cook first after the first water dry down then I does tro in the liver let it bunjay down good an then add more water to cook on medium heat
