Daboki try eating the MAMA noodles not cooked. Break up the pieces by crushing the bag and add the two sided sauce packet in then shake the bag. It will taste delicious.

i've been a changed person since I tried mama tom yum 🤤 first I add some prawn heads into boiling water, then add in the seasoning powder and sauces. Let them all boil and get to know one another. Then fish out the prawn heads, throw in the noodles (you def need at least 2 packs) and add the prawn in. throw in some minced pork balls and add an egg on top. MAKES MY DAY LIKE NOTHING ELSE 🥰

Ancient video I know, but I just gave this brand a try. Now my first go around I followed the directions exactly as you did, the only difference being I boiled the water on the stove. The results were... Bad. The noodles reminded me of the cheapest, nastiest instant ramen cups. But I bought a box of 24 so I wasn't going to give up. Second go, I instead boiled the noodles on the stovetop. Added the condiments and then covered the saucepan for an extra minute or so. This time it came out great, and I think the reason they tasted off the first time was because the noodles didn't actually cook fully by merely covering a bowl of boiling water.

i actually buy this by the box lol the trick for the paste is to open the top & stick your fork in it , then shake it in the water allowing water in & out . without water / cook & remove water add spices & butter (just cut the damn paste bag on all sides lol )

i make it like mi goreng... boil the noodles in water add an egg before the noodles get soft and let the egg harden. mix all the seasoning in a plate(i pour extra sriracha) then drain the water from the noodle and eggs and mix it with the seasoning and voila gourmet instant noodles! lol trust me its killer try it out!

Omg my favourite, sometimes I even like to mash up the noodles in the packet, then open it up, add the seasoning then shake it up and eat it! Best eating it this way for a alternative to a pack of chips :)

Add fresh shrimp while adding hot water or while boiling with noodles. Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of sugar if you have lemongrass and a few kaffir lime leaves. Or if the taste is too salty, you can add a little more fish sauce. And most importantly, do not add too much water. until it loses the concentration of the soup It will taste like food from the kitchen in a traditional Thai restaurant.This formula if used with 1 pack of noodles. May be too concentrated, can be added to 2 packs

Put the oil packet in the freezer for a min and cut it out in one piece you’ll get all of the amazing flavor. None left behind. put in in after cooked. You will thank me. Add lime and chive. Yum yum

First boil water....stir noodles til ALMOST soft,extract noodles from pot into bowl and pour seasoning on top and stir THEN add desired amount of water but I recommend very little water to keep your flavor.
