Similar to Frikadellen. Mine I mix good ground beef 93/7 or 87/13 and ground pork pound for pound half loaf of good bread. Usually 12 grain bread. 4 eggs 1/2 cup bbq sauce or ketchup and mustard. 1 big onion and a green pepper finely chopped. If you are like me 1/4 cup no salt seasoning(hypotension)or season salt I only add if I had no bbq with it you really don't need it. Make in to 1/2 pound patties. Cook about 5 or 6 minutes each side until done. No blood will seep out top when cooked.Because this recipe is for a burger with out a bun it is cooked in Olive Oil. Serve with salad. Or a baked potato
