Cooking With Iwa || How to cook TUNGTOH / TUNGRYMBAI

Hi guys!
I'm back with another cooking video and today I'm going to show you how to make tungtoh or tungrymbai. This is a traditional food of the Jaintia and Khasi tribe of Meghalaya. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare this dish but it is totally worth it.
