This looks so delicious! My husband does homemade naan too (he's a chef). His tip for getting your dough to prove a bit quicker - any dough, not just naan, is to run an empty microwave for a minute or so and then place your bowl of dough in the warm microwave. Dough proves quicker when it's warmer. Great video, loved it!

You never know what is going to happen with a toddler helping. My girls used to love baking with me when they were little. Kenny is just precious! Loved this video. And thank you for sharing your naan recipe. I’ve wanted to try making it for so long but always thought it would be a lot more complicated. Gotta try it out. I really enjoyed this one. Also, love fried zuchinni! If you can get your hands on some Andy's Vegetable breading to mix in with the flour when you dredge the zuchinni to fry it is the absolute best! I always have to go to the Orscheln's Farm & Home store to find it though as the grocery stores around here only carry the Andy's Fish and sometimes Andy's Chicken breading.

Love this! I don't have a cast iron skillet because I have a glass cooktop stove. I think you can use them on newer models, but ours came with the house and I don't want to take the chance of ruining it since I don't have the manual to check. It's so disappointing though, because I tend to run a little anemic so cooking with cast iron regularly would probably make that a non-issue for me. Kenny was so stinking cute throughout the entire video! Your "moment of discipline" made me laugh. Cooking with kids can be such a circus. 😂
