Yum yum yum. And you can tweak the recipe to use different nuts and spices. My Hawaiian cousins do macadamia nuts with a pinch a cayenne added to the cinnamon. You can lightly drizzle melted chocolate over them when you pull them out of the oven too.

Hi Rob, Pecans awww that looks good. Daniel Arms is selling pecans that would be so good to use this recipe for. Oh man Jami has 12 pecan tree's. Give her the recipe if you don't mind sharing. :) No no don't waste egg yolk put it in that measuring cup and save that for scrambled eggs or another dish. We need to get you a frothing hand held. Love when you cook and share with us. Rob another great video and make Tina step up and do a taste test. You should have tasted it so everyone can see how good it easy. Loving your video's please keep making more cooking ones :)

I so miss my grandparents… their land had several pecan trees so this was always on the table at our holidays. They are so expensive in stores here in Ohio.

I can smell them from here!! I ordered some amazing pecans from Buchanan Family Pecan Farm and they have have a cinnamon type mix called sandbar nuggets. They are addictive!! It looks like you have some beautiful pecans too. I don’t have the patience for the shelling part and I don’t know of anyone around who has any trees. You have to have special pecan trees to get those large tan, not brown, pecans. I hope your family does eat them all up in a couple of hours. ❤❤❤

I know these taste delicious. I make it similar but different. I use a couple of egg whites at room temp …beat until stiff peaks are formed…add 1 cup sugar as you continue to beat….add cinnamon to your own taste . When your meringue is all mixed, slowly stir in about 2 cups of pecans until everything is completely covered. Spread onto sheet pans lined with parchment paper. Preheat oven to250 degrees…cook 1 hour…stir every 15 min to separate the pieces…..delicious!
