In Italy they use the squid ink to make pasta. They make homemade pasta with flour and eggs and add the squid ink and make black pasta 🤙🏼💚🏵️

They never really have, doesn't seem to bother them and it's only going to add extra fiber to your diet

Yeah, I think it comes down to personal taste....I know I wouldn’t eat the garlic skin. To each their own as the expression goes...🤗👍
