I feel like that is WAY too thick of meat to use on this thing. You’re just going to burn the outside and undercook the inside.

They actually came out really good. it took a while to cook because I had to adjust the height a few times but in the end, it was a cooked to a nice medium and the outside did not burn because I finished it off with the grill adjusted to its highest point.

@@AmericanOutdoorNews makes sense. I just watched another video too where they used a tin baking pan to cover it and keep the heat a bit more. Glad yours turned out good!
